DOWMAT
We, at Offenham School, are so proud and happy to belong to the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust. Our school, its staff and pupils' benefit greatly from the support, encouragement and challenge we receive from the Trust at all levels.
Our School Improvement partner, within DOWMAT, is Maggie Spence. Our school works very closely with Maggie and receive at least six school improvement visits throughout the year.
Maggie has been a successful Headteacher and Executive Headteacher for over a decade in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. She has been working for the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust since 2022 and has greatly valued the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across the MAT as a School Improvement Advisor. Maggie is now the Director of Education for DOWQMAT and leads the DoWMAT Academy Improvement Team; supporting academy leaders in ensuring all DoWMAT pupils receive a high standard of education. Maggie is a trained coach and an Ofsted inspector.
DOWMAT Vision
‘To Love, To Learn, To Serve’ sums up the DoWMAT’s vision for those who come together to create the MAT, enabling all to flourish both as individuals and in community with each other; living life in all its fullness (John 10:10).
These core values underpin all aspects of our Trust as we strive to make a positive difference to the lives of all DoWMAT pupils whilst they are at school and in later life. Through these values, we can be sure our community is one of hope; a place of transformation and trust, where all are treated with respect and dignity.
