DOWMAT
We, at Offenham School, are so proud and happy to belong to the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust. Our school, its staff and pupils' benefit greatly from the support, encouragement and challenge we receive from the Trust at all levels.
Maggie Spence is the Director of Education for DOWMAT and leads the DoWMAT Academy Improvement Team; supporting academy leaders in ensuring all DoWMAT pupils receive a high standard of education. Maggie is a trained coach and an Ofsted inspector.
Maggie is our School Improvement Advisor. Our school works very closely with her and we receive at least six school improvement visits throughout the year.
