Welcome to our class webpage!

Malvern class is made up of 15 Year 2 children. Our teacher is Miss Gillmore, and we have a few wonderful teaching assistants who help us with our learning throughout the week. 

We have PE lessons on Monday afternoons and ERIC (everybody reading in class) on Tuesday afternoons. 

This Half Term’s Learning Focus:

Geography

In Geography this half term, we are learning all about maps. We are developing our understanding of directional language, such as left, right, north and south, and learning how to use simple maps to find our way. 

Science

In Science, we are exploring living things and their habitats. We will be learning about different animals, where they live, and how habitats meet the needs of living things. 

We are looking forward to a fun and successful half term!
